Wholesale Wristbands FAQ's
| 1. What forms of payment do you accept? |
| We accept all major credit cards including Visa, American Express, Discover and Mastercard. Publicly accredited school and government organizations may submit a purchase order as well. We also accept checks but must have the check in hands prior to the production process. |
| 2. How much text and/or logo space do I get? |
| We never charge extra for full band wraps of text and logos. You can have the full outside of the band debossed at no additional charge. Keep in mind that while there are no limits, the more you squeeze into a defined space, the smaller everything gets. We recommend 40-45 characters max to ensure all text is highly legible. |
| 3. Where are you located? |
| We're located in the beautiful city of Ocala, in the sunshine state (Florida). |
| 4. What colors are available? |
| We PMS match all wristbands at no additional charge to you. If you would like a specific color, take a look at a Pantone Solid Coated PMS color chart (there's one available on our color page) and pick out a color you would like to use. There are thousands available! |
| 5. Where are your wristbands manufactured? |
| We offer both stateside and international production for our wristbands. Generally, our wristbands are produced at our overseas facility and shipped by International 2 Day Air. If you would like USA branded wristbands, feel free to let us know and we'll produce them from one of our stateside production facilities (adds additional costs). |
| 6. How long until we receive our wristbands? |
| From the time of the purchase, all wristbands generally arrive to your door in an average of 14 calander days or less. If you need wristbands sooner let us know and we can rush them to you ASAP. |
| 7. What are your wristbands made out of? |
| Our custom wristbands are made out of 100% medical grade silicone. |
| 8. Do you offer discounts for Non-Profit Organizations or Fund Raisers? |
| Yes! If you order wristbands and the above applies to you, let us know at the time of purchase the information neccessary. We do everything we can to help promote great functions and causes. |
| 9. What is your order minimum? |
| Our debossed wristbands have a minimum of only 50 bands! For the bands with the painted and silkscreened options the minimums start at 100 bands. Fat wristbands have a 250 minimum. |
